The current treatment of burns goes back 80 years: Painful dressing changes, early bloody excisions, and disfiguring skin grafting with painful, scarred donor sites The time has come for a total paradigm shift in burn and wound care.
Introducing the FenixRevolution Burn/Wound Healing Suit.
This modular design has watertight components to fit lower extremities, upper extremities, and torso. They may be used individually or connected for individual needs of each burn/wound patient.
A pump circulates a liquid that is filtered, UV sterilized and heated. The liquid contains topical anesthetics to relieve pain, enzymes to remove damage tissue, antiseptic to prevent infections and ingredients to stimulate surviving hair follicles to grow new skin.
The FenixRevolution is designed for rapid deployment with battery pack and emergency solution to control pain and destroy microorganisms. It will save lives and relieve suffering on the battlefields, disaster sites, battleships, field hospitals, military buses, ambulances, and medivac helicopters.

About our burn healing suits
We put our patented technology into the most effective suit we can design. Our suit design leverages the latest material science to increase comfort, healing, and patient mobility.
Our FENIXRevolution suits are made with material to allow for leak-proof circulation of the special solutions. The material is polyurethane with neoprene seals. The suits are designed for single-use to maximize sanitation and avoid cross infection. Our goal is to make the FENIXRevolution suits as widely available to any who may benefit from this revolutionary technology, including developing nations.
The FENIXRevolution suits will help manage burn victims’ pain and heal burns faster than ever before and often without surgery.
Our Partners
We are currently forming partnerships in the transformative healing space. These include directors of burn centers, heads of missions treating burn patients in developing nations, and companies specializing in advanced wound healing. Our team will include experts in clinical testing, FDA approval, engineering, mass production of suits with maximum quality control, grant applications and marketing. Education & Training
When the FENIX 1 suit is FDA approved and available, we will create online videos on the safe and effective use of all components of the system.
Our “Secret Sauces”
These “Special Sauces” make the Fenix Revolution so effective:
Topical anesthetics
Topical lidocaine is well tested and studied. This would be circulated through the suit to eliminate pain and suffering. Longer acting anesthetics like bupivacaine will be tested clinically for longer lasting pain relief.
Hypochlorous acid
This topical anesthetic destroys all harmful microorganisms but is kind to the healing tissues. This will be added to all the circulating solutions to prevent infection.
Anacaulase -bcdb (NexoBrid)
This amazing enzyme removes burned/damaged tissue selectively without surgery. Once pain is controlled, this enzyme will be introduced into the suit to debride burned/damaged tissue.
Stimulants for hair follicles to grow new epidermis.
These include growth factors, exosomes, amino acids, and a myriad of other products to be clinically tested to see which accelerate re-epithelialization the best.
Our partners and training
We currently have a team member from Thermo Fisher, one of the largest medical devices manufactures in the world and a team member with extensive experience in the world of a deep-sea diving with many similarities to the burn/wound healing suit. And a team member, a plastic surgeon who just successfully launched his own new medical device.
We are also partnered with Divers Unlimited International, the premier manufacturer of wet suits, dry suits, hot suits and hazmat suits. They are making prototypes for lower extremity and upper extremity currently. In the future: torso prototype and onesies for children. Ultimately, our goal is to team up with the Department of Defense because of the tremendous need our military has for the FenixRevolution suit.
Milestones
2023
• Patent issued by USPO for FenixRevolution Burn/wound Healing Suit
2025 February
• After 2 years and 2 failed prototypes, Divers Unlimited International makes first waterproof, successful prototype for the lower extremity.
2025 June
• Second prototype made for lower extremity with larger foot, flatter fluid collector, different size latex and neoprene waterproof dams for top of suit near groin.
2025 October
• Assembling and perfecting the system that supports the burn/wound suit: pump, heater, filter, uv sterilizer, and supply tanks.
2025 November
• Adding Bair Paw Hugger forced warm air unit to the suit for periodic skin drying to prevent maceration.
• Making pitch deck.
• Applying to EvoNexus Incubator/Accelerator. Applying for grants: DOD, Gates Foundation, Chen Zuckerberg Initiative.
• Hiring consultants Proxima for FDA approval.
• Hiring consultants Sterling to structure corporation to sell shares.
About the Inventor
Yale Kadesky, M.D. has always been an inventor and researcher. During summer breaks in college, he researched placental hormones produced by cancers at the National Institute of Health and received an award. In the 1980’s he invented and patented a thermoelectric cooling/heating device, built the prototype and started selling “TempaCure” machines to cool and heat any part of the body at safe temperatures.
Yale Kadesky, M.D. decided in 1996 to pursue his mission to help burn patients. He therefore completed a one-year fellowship at UCSD Regional Burn Center. During his fellowship, he was shocked by the extreme pain and suffering of the burn patients during twice a day dressing change. He also noted life threatening infections despite the use of antibacterial creams. In surgery, he noticed surviving hair follicles beneath burn tissue that are capable of regenerating new skin. This is the basis for his Burn/Wound Healing Suit.
Most recently, Dr. Kadesky has invented a patented burn/wound healing suit. He has advanced the products development through the Institute of Global Entrepreneur affiliated with the National Science Foundation and UCSD. He is looking forward to completing his invention through Med Tech Innovator. He is working on Class II FDA Approval and prototype production.
Dr. Kadesky’s mission is to use his minimally invasive burn/wound healing suit to relieve pain and suffering, prevent infections and promote rapid, non-surgical burn/wound healing.
